Hello Tmoi,
Managers are not able to buy players from Sim FCs. The shortlist can help you to follow some specific players from the Transfer list and if the player is on your shortlist and you bid it on Transfer list, the green or the red marker will appear and it suggests if you still have the winning bid or some other team outbid you.
Pleas write in English in International forums or just put it through the translator and paste it here.

It refers to your bud if you have vip status then you can place a bid that you tink might win the player , more or less an automatic bid
Aka you place your highest amount the system notes that amount, if anyone bids then your bid out bids unless it’s a higher $ amount

da na početku lige, kad se većina igrača kupuju, transfer slobodnih igrača bude podeljen na 3 ili 4 etape, ali tako da se nezna sledeća etapa, tj. da se nezna sastav igrača koji će da budu na transfer listi. Svaka etapa po 2 dana, sa produženjima biće do 10-tog dana, a i smanjiće se pritisak na sajt kod udarnih prvih dana

Can you guys make it possible to save transfermarket filters? So you can quickly scout the market using presets and not type filters manually every time you leave the page. That would be an useful feature.
