Hello, Marko. How are you? We have a group of Brazilian managers and we talk a lot about the game. I have a suggestion to make that I believe many managers from other countries will agree (probably only managers who are not being harmed will not agree, thinking only about them, but there will always be these). The game was officially opened a long time ago and we still have many managers complaining about some things, you follow this daily, I believe. Thinking about it and taking into account that with these errors and imbalances that you have been adjusting over the seasons and some that you still need to adjust, why don't you do a new reset in the DS?! The game is now starting to get ready really, but many people are with the clubs screwed, just like me. You can finish adjusting what's missing and reset again.

That would be great, but it’s highly unlikely to be reset, because a portion of the players won’t agree to it.
X% of players chose to prioritize strengthening their team with signings.
Y% chose to prioritize facilities.
Today, it’s crystal clear that the crowd who prioritized strengthening their team picked the right strategy.
The problem is that the people who went down the other path didn't do it blindly. Months ago, Marko said that better youth players would arrive at levels 5, 6, 7... today, there are people at level 8 spending a fortune, and so far, they haven't received better youth players. Level 8 feels just like level 2 or 3...
In other words, anyone who followed this strategy was misled; today, they don't have the cash to invest in signings. I include myself in that. I’m always in the negative, and I can’t even pull players from the academy anymore...
To make matters worse, players are aging and retiring, while bot teams have strong players who don't age, and inactive teams keep their strong players, taking points away from active, dedicated teams...
So, Marko, since a reset is impossible, could you at least fix the youth academy (making it worth the massive amount of money many people have invested over time) and also change the mechanics regarding bot/inactive teams, giving more of an advantage to active teams that have been here since the beginning?

@Rodrigo Boeira - It is, of course, impossible to do and we oblige that will never be done in the future, so we protect the Managers' and Teams' results and achievements lifelong.
Just to add that DS will continuously improve and it will it was ready in its base at the Official Release, but improvements will shape it over time constantly.
PS No matter how the situation with the team is bad, it is designed that way, so the team can always recover and regain momentum that is worthy then starting from beginning.

@kbondi97 - Maybe you weren't luck, but also just 4 seasons passed which is very short period of time. If manager doesn't over-push the facility, more than he can pay, youths will arrive over time.
Also, it takes 6-9 seasonas to train youth players close to their prime (80-95% of maximum potential), so we still haven't any single youth reaching that point.
