Since we haven't yet had access to the updated manual, I'd like to ask if anyone knows how the developmental years for juniors work, at what age each developmental stage begins and ends? Early, Normal, and Late.
I don't remember how it was in v1.

It's not good to compare it with pre-release period, because the base is almost completely built from the beginning and many things are different.
First developed stage: Until the 17th birthday.
Second development stage starts for:
Early - at the age of 18 or 19
Normal - at the age of 20 or 21
Late - at the age of 22 or 23
The 2nd development stage lasts for exact 3 seasons for every player.
Hope this helps.
PS The Manual needed the one last part (maintenance), but we are away for two weeks and can finish it just after that. The previous reply is copied from it :)
