Two questions.
My first youth academy player came with a rating of 7, but out of nowhere it jumped to 14. however, the other two came with ratings of 7 and 3, and they’re still the same. what could have happened with the first one? was it a bug?
regarding nationality, will it always be like this? players from other countries joining the club’s youth academy? if it’s always like that, how will the World Cup work if countries can’t produce local talents?

The user must decide whether the scout brings to the Academy a player from that local nation or from other continents for example

There was a little bug in first week or so where Youth player's rating was displayed wrongly, so it is autocorrected after first Training session. Same happened with some Youth wages. What wasn't autocorrected already, it will be at the EOS (end of season). I mostly refer to some Youth wages here.
We have a little delay with Manual/Guide due to some more important fixes past weeks, but it will come out very soon. There will be explained how the New Youth Academy system works.
📌 In short now as a quick help, building Youth Academy to higher level provide much higher chances to get a player from you Nation and to contribute more to your National Team at World Cup ⚽

I ve been pulling only Zero talented Youngsters in both my teams, and i havent missed a single "Pull" day, but thats normal. My facilities are still low and training grounf as well. Will need time and good prioritisation to have a healthy, wealthy, and winning team 🙂

Is it possible to know when a player's rating has been increased or decreased? Say under the team's players near the rating there is a + sign or a - sign? I am not referring after the training session. That we know the improvement, but the global player's rating.
