Hi,
Are there any benefits from playing time like experience boost to skills?
Will it be possible, at some point, to change formation mid-game or to have custom formation option?

It will be displayed in some way, maybe in manual or on the pitch, we think about it. Basically, wide positions are R or L, central 2-3 positions are C and lines are B, DM, M, AM, ST. Also, RWB and LWB are positioned somewhat forward in comparison to RB/LB. The same way, RW and LW and positioned somewhat forward in comparison to RM/LM. Hope this helps at least a little bit 😊
