Prime example and real
One of the other soccer manager games that I play, haven't been updated for over 2 years ,
Yet a date was given which was meant to be last year, and the managers are still waiting, however the admin did state it may never happen.
As mentioned, Marko will get to the manual in good time.
You need to remember himself and family have only just taken over this game.
I know nothing about coding other then if these's a mess its trick to fix.
I rather have a working game then a working manual 😉

Agree, we need to show more understanding especially in early stages. As a tech investor myslef i can understand the struggles..😉

What are the primary and secondary skills for each role?
Why haven’t the roles on the field been specified?

Prime position skill:
Would be those listed in training as each position and training is aimed at the managers style of formation/s style of play.
Secondary:
Would be close or near prime aka some of the skills over lap

Pending on how the manager wishes to train and or formation/s and or style of play.
I get your point though.
I think this is upto the Managers but more or less if you play a player out of position they'll be penalized, no way to get around
cross training I think.
I mean you could train Lw more as a Lm and visa versa but not avoid the penalty even though the players skills might be the same
The match engine at a guess looks at natural position (adds the penalty) vs the skills the same but which ever player position is out of position gets penalized.
This is all my assumptions however, I would think I'm not far off in my assumptions.

eg: Lm and Lw both can play left sided,
The Lm position is more in central line Vs Lw position is passed the central line!
*RM/LM->RWB/LWB, RM/LM->RW/LW, RW/LW->ST, ST->RW/LW = 15% penalty
All other wrong position penalties that have not been listed are 30% or higher!
