NEW FEATURES:
1. Created league phase pages for three International competitions: Champions Cup, International Cup and Conference Cup
2. The league phase draw and format for three international competitions is aligned with the official UEFA rules for Champions League competition
3. The draw for all three competitions has been conducted following the listed rules: Each team is drawn against two opponents from each of the four pots and plays one opponent from each pot at home, and the other away. In principle, teams from the same league cannot be drawn against each other. Therefore, during the league phase each team plays four home and four away matches.
4. All league phase matches are played in accordance with the league system, whereby each team plays eight opponents in single-leg ties. All 36 teams are ranked in a single league ranking according to their results (3 points for a win, 1 point for a draw, 0 points for a loss). The teams ranked 1 to 8 at the end of the league phase automatically qualify for the round of 16. The teams ranked 9 to 24 qualify for the knockout play-offs. The teams ranked 25 to 36 are eliminated.
5. Once the league phase has been completed, as stated above, 8 teams automatically qualify for the round of 16. Teams ranked 9 to 24 enter the knockout play-offs in predetermined positions based on their ranking at the end of the league phase. The fixtures for the knockout play-offs are determined by means of a draw conducted in accordance with the following rules: The teams are paired based on their positions at the end of the league phase to form four seeded pairs (teams in positions 9 and 10, 11 and 12, 13 and 14, and 15 and 16) and four unseeded pairs (positions 17 and 18, 19 and 20, 21 and 22, and 23 and 24). The teams in each seeded pair are drawn against the teams in each unseeded pair: teams 9 or 10 against teams 23 or 24, teams 11 or 12 against teams 21 or 22, teams 13 or 14 against teams 19 or 20, and teams 15 or 16 against teams 17 or 18.
6. The fixtures for the round of 16 are determined by means of a draw conducted in accordance with the following rules: The teams are paired based on their positions at the end of the league phase to form four seeded pairs (teams in positions 1 and 2, 3 and 4, 5 and 6, and 7 and 8). The 1/2 seeded pair is drawn against the winner of the knockout play-offs teams 15/16 against teams 17/18, the 3/4 seeded pair is drawn against the winner of the knockout play-offs teams 13/14 against teams 19/20, the 5/6 seeded pair is drawn against the winner of the knockout play-offs teams 11/12 against teams 21/22, and the 7/8 seeded pair is drawn against the winner of the knockout play-offs teams 9/10 against teams 23/24.
7. League phase matches are scheduled to be played on Tuesday and Thursday at 16:00 UK time zone on days 6,8,13,15,20,22,27 and 29. The knockout phase matches will be played on Sunday and Tuesday, days 32 and 34, while the Round of 16 will start on Thursday, day 36. The Finals of our three international competitions are scheduled for day 55, and will be the last official matches played in this season.
8. Added red card icon for International competitions to players and lineup page. The red card that a player gets in CC, IC and CF matches is showed as light red and it is applicable only in those competitions. Therefore, if a player gets a red card in international competitions a light red square appears next to the player name and the player is not available to play in the next 1 or 2 CC/IC/CF matches, but is available to play in League or National Cup matches. In the same manner, if a player gets a red card in a League match a dark red (as in previous seasons) red square appears next to the player name and the player is not available to play in the next 1 or 2 League matches, but is available to play in CC/IC/CF or National Cup matches.
9. As in the previous season, a red card received in a National Cup is only valid during the match, and is not transferred to the next round or any other competition.
10. Added slight home ground advantage from the beginning of the season, the home ground advantage is active in League, Champions Cup, International Cup and Conference Cup matches. The home ground advantage is NOT active in National Cup, Diamond Cup, Friendly matches and Friendly Cups.
11. The red cards received during the Qualifying round are reset before the League Phase, the player CC/IC/CF statistics is saved from the first League phase match onward (Qualifying round player statistics is not saved or displayed).
12. Stadium/facilities earning are not applicable for CC/IC/CF. Fans number is not changed after the international matches.
13. Prize money rewards for each competition are received at the end of the season. More information on the prizes will be published in the Manual in the Season 3 Update - Part 3. CC/IC/CF winner gets a Trophy.
14. Apart from the Prize money rewards, the participants in CC/IC/CF receive CC points. These points will be the parameter for the team ranking on the Eternal Ranking Lists, as well as for the Team and Manager End of Year Awards. Number of CC points received in this season will determine the Nation and Team 5-Season Ranking. This ranking will determine the number of spots for direct access to CC and for qualifying round in each competition, as well as the seeded/unseeded status of your team in the next season. More information on CC points calculation will be published in Season 3 Update - Part 3.
