@kbondi - Game Admins issue the 60 days forum suspension and the last warning before the permanent Manager's Account ban!

PS For all other Managers that asked some questions in this topic and several others topics, we will try to respond to them in the coming days. Yesterday as you may see, we responded on many posts primarily in Bug reports and Q&A forums.

[citação=790] Kbondi97 It's my friend. We play other games besides the DS, which has really been the worst, or rather, the worst managed. He was knocked out of the forum for 60 days for telling the truth. Regrettable. You could change the color of the DS from blue to red because it became a dictatorship. The owner does not accept the truth, whoever speaks is punished or tortured with suspension. Come back Stephen!! We need you!! Save the DS!!

Hi Rodrigo,

No one is saying you shouldn’t express your opinion, but when you start insulting people for no reason, I think it’s fair for action to be taken. We are a civilized community where a respectful dialogue is desired — we’re not out in a field.

Now I’d also like to share my opinion regarding some of your complaints:

1. Youth Academy
You can’t expect that at level 5–7 each of us will produce a Ronaldo or Messi every season — it’s not realistic, just like in real life. I’m sure that over the course of 3–4 seasons, and with a Youth Academy at level 9–10, the desired players will come, but it comes at a cost.

2. Match Engine
You don’t seem to realize that the generated players we all received are, at best, average level. The fact that someone has an average team rating of 31 and loses to a team with an average rating of 29 or lower falls into the same category — you’re only slightly better. Let’s not forget that an Exceptional or World Class player can probably reach ratings of 60+. I’m convinced that such a team would very rarely struggle, if at all, against a SIM team or one with a rating of 30. So it’s normal that at this stage of the game many surprises occur, considering what I mentioned above.

As for Marko, from my personal experience and interactions with him, he is an extraordinary person — fair and respectful toward everyone and the community — so we should show him the same respect. As for the rest of the accusations, they are simply childish. What would you want — for him to stop playing the game? Grow up, understand the game better, and before looking for someone else to blame, maybe you should look at what you can improve yourselves.

Good luck and have a great season, everyone.

In the v1 of the DS the base academy revealed in the levels 5-6 players with "good",
", "very
good" potential constantly. Every now and then someone came with "excellent" potential, and it has already happened to me in v1 with level 5 academy to reveal a player of "exceptional" potential (but then of course, a matter of great luck, it was rare). Now in v2, I'm at level 7 and the best that comes is a player "above average", taking into account the cost of the gym this is ridiculous.
If you played v1, you have to agree, or even those who didn't know v1. The costs of the base academy are absurd, we have clubs going bankrupt because they invested in the base and the older players are retiring without replacement. I would understand a change in the base academy to v2 in the sense of having more difficulty in revealing good players if the value was also adjusted to this.

As for the owner of the game participating playing, it doesn't make any sense, regardless of the person, be it Marko, me, Pope or whoever. There are dozens of soccer management games available, Marko has many options to play (I myself, I play three others besides the DS). The question is not only about assuming that he is dishonest, but that everything he does or any result he gets in the game, will always raise suspicions. The adjustment itself regarding the base academy, which he reported in another random topic here on the forum that will be adjusted within two to three seasons. This has no logic, he as the owner of the game knew that, he must not have invested in a grassroots academy knowing that it would not have worked. While we who are Marko's muggles, spend all our money on something that we thought would work, while he knows that he will only be adjusted and give result in two or three seasons and laughs in our face.

@Rodrigo Boeira - Game Admins issue the 60 days forum suspension and the last warning before the permanent Manager's Account ban! The permanent ban would occur due to any other game or behavior violation in the future, including forum, mails, messenger etc.

PS More details and the background of these two cases will be written in this forum in 2-3 days.

About to quit this game, but give it another week in hope of quick changes.

Seen many of the issues is writen about on the forum, ie. Youth Academy.
Also, it seems to make no sense at all to build stadium seats and facalities - attendances are constant low, and close to zero return of the investment. I have 27500 seats, with facilities equal to the seats. Attendance is almost never over 10000. All in all just a huge loss!

My best advice for you Marko: Listen to the feedback from your (potensial) customers and make the game fun to play.
As DS is now (and has been for too long) it's just waste of time, time I rather prefer to use on other managergames.
Hope to see quick changes.

In this one, I'll need to defend the game; you made a mistake in increasing the stadium size so much. The manual states that the number of attendance in the stadium will be based on your number of fans.

I got this from the manual:
Your attendance can be calculated as your fans + 1/4 of your opponent’s fans. If weather conditions are not good, certain percentage of fans will rather stay at home. This figure can then be increased by upgrading two facilities (Toilets and Parking) which boost attendance. Your Team pays stadium maintenance as well that can be pricey, so don’t build more seats than you actually need.

Hi mate, tnx for reply.

Kindly ask you to look at the big picture.
Of course there are many possible explanations (IMO features that doesn't work). Fans, weather and so on. Maybe one of the failure is that I didn't get more fans when winning the league?? It doesn't make sense at all !
It's simply not fun to be in a strategy-game where there is close to none strategy that works..

IMHO building & improving infrastucture is never a wrong strategy for a FootballClub - not in real life and not in all the other similar managergames I am playing.

Anyway, it's nice for you if you like this game as it is - Enjoy 😊

No one says game is perfect but on top that, you made a strategic mistake and built 27k stadium. So yeah, I guess game is not any easier at that stage. On the other hand, I just saw a team with 20k+ fan club, playing on a 5k stadium.
Make it make sense.

Random is huge, academy is pure lottery, and at some point you either quit this game or accept that it is imperfect I guess. I am absolutely not worried about the future of the game because it does not impact my life at all, if it stops being fun, I will just stop logging in. But whatever each one of you decide to do, just don't have a meltown on the forum where you insult people, it is just a browser game.

The problem with you having few fans is that there are many bots in your league, and playing against bots doesn't significantly increase your fan base.

For example, I have a team in Brazil that has played much more against manager teams and has 17,000 fans. My team in Denmark, on the other hand, has played against bots much more often and has 10,000 fans (even after winning the league twice and the cup once).

But as Wallace said, and as many others here have also said, the game still has many imperfections that need fixing. When it stops being fun, I'll stop playing too.
