Last season with the same tactic got first place, I guesss quite easy. This season with the same team, same tactic, with extra training and so on. I’m one of the last ones
Why so huge random

any Human managers? at a guess scouting how you play perhaps and countering your tactic.
Also the bots are no easy pesy beats yet.

There could be many reasons for that. The Sim FCs are recreated every season, so it could happen that last season they were at the lower range of quality and that this season are at the higher end of the range. Also, Sim FCs set random players in formation, but in the right positions, so their quality can vary from match to match a bit. Generally, it's still early and all Teams are pretty equal between themselves including Sim FCs in roster quality as Managers still didn't have enough seasons to noticeably surpass starting roster strength. Generally, Managers that manage their Teams regularly, setting up lineup, doing training sessions, strengthening roster with new players etc. have more success over Sim FCs then in season 1. That's overall view, but off course, exceptions can happen. Keep up good work, the result will undoubtedly come 😀
In the future, will the bots always keep this current rating range whenever they are generated each season, or will they follow the players’ average rating? Also, just one more question: in the past, the 2nd and 3rd place teams used to receive silver and bronze trophies. Was that something you removed from the game?
Sim FCs will maintain the same strength level in the future. Trophies are reserved only for Champions as irl, that's different from testing version. Also, domestic reputation is announced (more info in S3 update notes) and it will give importance to every position on standings in a long run. Also, International competitions spots undoubtedly give significance to every single position at the top of the table.
Inactive teams actually can be very competitive early if they set good lineup and haven't too aggressive and highly injury prone players. But, on a long run, the miss training sessions, they don't buy players on TL, building facilities, pull youths etc. they can't beat active managers on a long run. Keep up good work and some patience and everything will come on its place 😊
Why a player is already injured before the match doesn’t the system take a player from the bench?
Today a young player was automatically selected by the system even though there was another much stronger player on the bench with the same role.
Fun fact about random: played a home game, opponent got 2 red cards AND scored a goal from their only shot after that. I couldn't score a goal for 30 minutes with 2 player advantage. He had like 2 defenders for more than 30 minutes and won the game ???? Now, the rest of his team is not that better and everything worked in my favour, so I am confused to say the least how the engine looks at a situation like that, you should be severly penalised playing with 9 players.
@Goemon
We were thinking about that before, but it's tricky a bit, because if system would take the next best player instead of injured or suspended one, inactive managers would gain huge advantage in comparison to active ones and it would feel a bit unfair. So if someone logged just once and set lineup well, his team would auto perform decently for several seasons until some players retire.
