I was impressed by this game in the Brazilian league.
The team "Na Canela," which has been inactive since January, played with 3 players rated 2 in their starting lineup and won against an active opponent away from home by 3-0, and with a significant advantage in the statistics.
I don't think the change in penalties against inactive teams has helped much.
