Keep in mind that your YA scout has the same precision as your scouts from scouting center. Also, it can misjudge by maximum 2 potential levels.

Things started to get good in my team Pomer City, 1 excellent(or very good accordely to some scouts) and 1 good in sequence.
And get 1 above average in Nordkysten, as the first good one in the season 6.
Downgraded the YA in Nordkysten to 6, while in Pomer City is at level 7.

same here, i only getting poor or very poor ones (have level 6) i thinking about downgrading it, got better on lower levels

lvl 5 since many seasons now on both teams
This season only Poors or Very poors on both my teams.
Fortunately I bought some averages in the market for good prices.
Currently blaming the ref for everything
